Nomsa Manele
Nomsa is the head of the tax department at Andersen in Botswana. Nomsa is responsible for creating and implementing the organisation's overall tax strategy and policies, as well as ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. She is also responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, reports, and filings, inquiries, and disputes, researching and analyzing tax issues and opportunities, and advising senior management on tax implications of business decisions. Furthermore, Nomsa leads and mentors the tax team and stays updated on the latest tax developments. Prior to joining Andersen in Botswana, Nomsa worked as a tax senior for five year as well as being tax manager for a year.
