Phillonah is a highly experienced Payroll Specialist at Andersen in Botswana, operating out of our Maun office. She serves as the Section Representative in Charge of Payroll.

She specializes in the meticulous configuration and management of advanced, cloud-based payroll systems across diverse and highly regulated industries, including education, tourism, mining, and construction.

In her critical role, she ensures completely seamless end-to-end payroll processing. Her expertise covers overseeing complex monthly reconciliations, comprehensive leave management, precise payslip generation, and rigorous statutory deductions and formal compliance reporting.
