Lebo is a highly experienced tax professional responsible for overseeing the tax advisory and compliance team at Andersen in Botswana's Maun branch.

Her comprehensive leadership role involves driving critical client engagements, providing expert strategic guidance on complex Botswana and international tax matters, and ensuring absolute adherence to domestic regulatory standards. She expertly manages a dedicated team of consultants, conducts rigorous reviews of tax computations and filings, and liaises directly with government authorities such as BURS.

Lebo plays a highly strategic role in fostering strong client relationships, training staff and clients alike, and spearheading vital business development initiatives within the firm. Furthermore, she serves on the Council that manages branch administration, showcasing her broad operational leadership.
