Tsholofelo Nyatsang

Tsholofelo Nyatsang currently works in the Company Secretarial department at Andersen in Botswana, supporting corporate governance functions and ensuring clients meet statutory obligations.
She began her professional journey in the Risk and Compliance department at Andersen, where she focused on regulatory adherence, including compliance with the Financial Intelligence Act, maintaining up to date Know Your Client (KYC) records, and managing client onboarding and due diligence processes.

Tsholofelo’s career in compliance was preceded by her role as a Court Clerk at the Magistrate Court of Francistown, where she gained valuable exposure to legal and administrative procedures.

She began her academic journey pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Sociology and Criminal Justice at the University of Botswana but transitioned into the workforce early to gain practical experience in the legal and regulatory field.

With a strong foundation in compliance, legal processes, and corporate governance, Tsholofelo plays a vital role in helping Andersen uphold high standards of integrity and operational excellence.
