Kristen is in charge of the risk and compliance for Andersen in Botswana.

Kristen's roles include safeguarding reputation, promoting proactive risk management, and navigating changing landscapes. In essence, she bridges the gap between technical compliance and practical implementation, ensuring our organisation's enduring, ethical success.

Before joining Andersen in Botswana, Kristen worked at a mining company as a project and assets administrator for the IT department. She was then promoted to Ellipse Systems Administrator at a different mine. After the mines closed, she worked as the bookkeeper and office manager at an electrical company.
