Biography

Roxanne Barnard is a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer at Andersen in Botswana, operating from our Francistown office.

She is responsible for overseeing the firm’s daily administrative and operational functions, ensuring that Andersen’s strategic global objectives are successfully realized locally. Roxanne possesses exceptionally strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, which are pivotal in managing the firm's complex operational landscape.

Prior to her appointment as COO, Roxanne served as the Head of the Company Secretarial department. During her tenure in that role, she demonstrated visionary leadership by scaling the department to become one of the largest and most respected company secretarial practices in Botswana.
